Here at Hollywood Contours, we take your privacy very seriously. It is important to understand the common sense surrounding our practice and treatments we offer. Some of our policies to ensure your safety include:

• All patients will be required to sign the intake and release forms associated with their service

• Only one patient is permitted at a time unless otherwise discussed PRIOR to appointment

• All clients will be asked to sign a photo release form which will be kept for client personal records

• All clients will be required to indicate & sign whether or not they permit social media sharing of results, etc.

• Any personal social media posting must be of yourself or consented individuals

• ALL client information kept confidential
